Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://freetowncleaningservices.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Freetown Cleaning Services markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Freetown Cleaning Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. Freetown Cleaning Services may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Freetown Cleaning Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation. In no event will Freetown Cleaning Services's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Freetown Cleaning Services against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. MA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MA.

Updates. Freetown Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
